A new process for delivering improved light quality, energy savings and life-cycle costs.
As reported by some GHC members, LED lighting retrofits have been found to deliver inconsistent light levels and achieve less savings than expected. We present the findings of our research project with Headwaters Healthcare and Southlake Regional Hospital, working with industry experts to develop a new guideline and specification for procuring lighting retrofit and controls projects.

Founded in 2004, the program addresses the interrelated opportunities and challenges of new hospital developments and existing hospital infrastructure and operations.
