Over the past 18 months, we worked with our most energy-efficient member hospitals, including those leading the benchmark charts with the strongest savings records since 2019 to identify their common success factors. This group included a mix of newer P3 facilities and many older hospitals. Through this process, we gained deep insights into shared challenges, ranging from aging infrastructure and funding gaps to procurement hurdles and restrictive contracts. We also uncovered the specific strategies that successfully moved projects forward. In this webinar held on April 9th, we held a discussion to explore the management and organizational practices that can be applied across the sector.
